Dr. Darren R. Sealey, DC

Dr. Sealey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Francis Marion University before pursuing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

Since joining Palmetto Wellness in 2015, Dr. Sealey has been dedicated to providing high-quality chiropractic care to the Marion community. In June 2025, he expanded his services to also serve patients at our Florence location.

With years of experience and a strong educational foundation, Dr. Sealey is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized, compassionate care.

Denise Kluge, CA

Denise Kluge was born and raised in Wallkill, New York, and relocated to South Carolina with her husband om 1995. She brings over 36 years of experience in nursing, having worked across six different specialties in both New York and South Carolina.

After retiring in 2017, Denise found herself missing the opportunity to care for patients. When Dr. Sealey invited her to return to the field in a part-time role, she was delighted to continue doing what she loves. With a lifelong familiarity with chiropractic care and a deep understanding of its benefits, Denise is passionate about supporting patients on their journey to improved health and wellness.
